Appointments & Cancellations

By booking an appointment, you agree to the following:

• Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment
• A minimum of 24–48 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling
• Please fill out any intake or consent forms prior to your appointment
• A valid credit card is required to secure all bookings

Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time to avoid disrupting other scheduled clients.

Cancellation and no-show fees may vary depending on the service location and will be charged accordingly.

Health & Safety

Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, and skin sensitivities prior to treatment.

Skin by Vy reserves the right to refuse or modify any service if it is deemed unsafe or not suitable for the client's condition.
